Q | Do you sell to the public?
A | No. We sell flowers to Retail Florists,Wholesalers,Wedding and Event Planners.
Q | Do you charge sales tax?
A | No. Businesses must have a valid resale license/Tax ID number in the State of California. Out of state shipments are tax exempt.
Q | How do I subscribe to your e-blast promotions?
A | This is part of our registration.

Placing an order:
Q | How do I place an order?
A | Once you are registered, select your shipping method, click on your desired flowers and quantities, and place your order and type in your credit card or pay pal for secured buying. If you need help, call us @ 1-800-888-3988.
Q | Is there a minimum order?
A| Our site has no minimum order unless we are shipping to you by airlines. ( 5 HB minimum for airport pickup freight inclusive).
Q | How far in advance do I need to place my order?
A | Next day FedEx orders are available provided you place your order by noon ( EST).
Q | How late can I make changes/cancel my order?
A | Once your order is placed it can’t be cancelled because our system deals in real time information. If you need to add to your order you will have to make another order once your order has been processed.
Q | Can I book a standing order?
A | Yes, you are able to book a standing order and should talk to one of our floral sales professionals regarding pricing. Call 1-800-888-3988.
Shipping:
Q | How much does it cost to ship my order?
A | Shipping costs included in the price you pay per stem or bun.
Q | What are my shipping options?
A | We ship via FedEx, UPS, Commercial Airline, for pickup in our Cold Chain.
Q | Can you ship to a different address than my billing address?
A | Yes, indicate that when you place your order. If your order goes to a remote location like a hotel or event arena, you must indicate this on the shipping information for overnight delivery.
Q | How fast can my products be delivered?
A | Orders for next day arrival if placed by 9 AM PST. We always allow one day ahead for orders originating from Miami or California if trucking is selected.
Q | How do I track my shipment?
A | As a service to you, we track your packages for you and we will alert you to any delays or problems. Once your order is shipped you will receive tracking information if sent by UPS or FedEx.
Financial:
Q | What is your credit/return policy?
A | Credit requests must be made within 24 hours of receipt of product and should be accompanied by photos demonstrating the problem and number of stems impacted.
Q | Do I have to pay for my flowers before I receive them?
A | Yes. So we can give you a better price we operate on credit cards or you can use PayPal.
Q | When do you charge my credit card?
A | Your credit card will be charged the day at the time your order is processed.
Q | If I buy direct out of Miami what are the box sizes?
A | Miami ships grower boxes. Standard sizes are quarter, half, and full sizes but box sizes may vary based upon the supplier and indicated in your shopping cart.

I have a client who wants me to do an event that will take place away from my usual geographic location.
No problem! Through our overnight discount programs with FedEx and UPS, we can coordinate delivery of fresh cut flowers to anywhere in the USA. Just note your name and to whose attention it goes to.
I prefer a full shopping experience that includes touching, seeing and smelling the flowers before I purchase.
